I will never forget the bond we had, nor the way we understood each other.! I wish you had called me or one of us instead of everyone else when you first went in.! I will never forgive myself nor you for acting how you did and I should have reached out sooner but honestly you should have known I would never turn my back on you regardless and I've proven that since day one.! I will not accept the fact you are gone cuz your not.! You live on thru your children and grand children.! Just wish you realized we were here b4 it got to far instead of bein hard headed cuz we would have loved it if you were around.!! I will always nd forever carry you in my heart tho, nd remember the good times we had together.!! I love you daddy, until we meet again.!!

My grandpa was an amazing man. He did everything he could for me and my siblings and cousins. He never let me down when I was upset. He always showed me the light even on my darkest days, he was my hero. It kills me to see you leave us so soon but your with the angels now and i know that they will take care of you. I love you pal pal and until we meet again I know that your always gonna be looking down on me❤️

Dave, man, I tried to come see you , 2 days after you called told me you were in there I was there but couldn't go up because of covid. I'm so sorry I couldn't get there. I'm very grateful that you thought of me and called me. We spoke awhile. For that I am blessed. Proud to have been able to call you my friend. I could hear the scared worryingly sound of unsuriety in your voice. I cherish our long talks. We were always 100 with each other. Ill always remember our friendship. Glad that your with your mother and not struggling or hurting anymore. He was such a loving man. If I ever needed anything or anyone to talk to he was there, regardless of his situation. He was like a father figure to me. Half of my heart is with him in heaven. He was there when I took my first breath and I was there for his last. Until we meet again, I love you my papa.
