Wendelin “David” Bueckendorf, age 53, of House Springs, MO, died of cancer on the 23rd October 2020, in St. Louis, MO. Wendelin ”David” Bueckendorf is survived by his partner, Pamela Sue Bueckendorf of House Springs, MO; his children Brandi Engelmann nee Bueckendorf, Brittny Bueckendorf, Brenna Bueckendorf, Brianne Bueckendorf, and Kameron Bueckendorf of High Ridge, MO; his step-children Jessica Day, Sara Dodson, and Scott Dodson; and his many grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his father, Lawrence L. Bueckendorf of St. Louis, MO; his mother, Barbara Bueckendorf nee Sims of St. Louis, MO; his aunt Mary Rae of St. Louis, MO.
Wendelin “David” Bueckendorf was born on the 11th day of December 1966 in St. Louis, MO. He grew up in North St. Louis where he enjoyed hanging out with his friends, working on cars, and listening to music. In his adult life he was a big fan of NASCAR, traveling to the beach, working on cars (which was his profession) and spending time with his children and many grandchildren. He also loved his fur babies, Roxie and Buddy.
Wendelin “David” Bueckendorf lived his life trying to be the best person possible for all those dear to him. While he may have fallen short at times, he refused to quit trying. He was loved by many and will be missed greatly.
