Patrick Louis Dougherty, (P.D.), 61, of Lebanon, IL, formerly of New Athens, IL, passed away on March 24, 2021 at Memorial Hospital in Belleville.
Patrick was an avid NASCAR fan and a friend of many.
Patrick was preceded in death by his mother, Adele (Winter) Dougherty and his father Louis Dougherty.
Patrick is survived by two sisters; Diana (Larry) Kunkelmann and Dawn (Gary) Idecker, three nieces; Theresa Kunkelmann, Amanda Lindsey and Savannah Idecker, a great nephew and niece; Reed and Cora Lindsey, one aunt; Ardel Dougherty and many cousins.
Memorials may be made to the family or to the donor's choice.
Cremation is to take place with no formal services. However, a celebration of his life will take place at a later date.
