Obituary of Stephanie Yvette Floyd
Stephanie Yvette Floyd was born August 7, 1961, in St. Louis, MO,
to Anna McGrew and Norman Floyd. She was the third of six (6) children.
She was educated in St. Louis Public School system. Stephanie worked in the nursing field for over 20 years, two decades. She was passionate about helping and caring for others.
Stephanie’s greatest pleasure was spending time with her Daughters and Grand-Children, whom she loved and adored dearly.
You could always find Stephanie in the kitchen, listening to music, cooking up
a feast for a gathering with family and friends. She has always opened her heart
and home to everyone.
She was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Anna Floyd; father, Norman Floyd;
Stephanie is together again with her Parents and Sister Friends; Patricia Townsend, Belinda Phillips & Rita McGrew, other family members, all of whom she missed so much.
She leaves to cherish her memory two (2) Daughters; Shakina Ward (Jerome), Sierra Floyd; Four (4) Grand-Children; Erica Howard, Ari’yonna Chillers, Jerome Ward Jr., Cortez Gordon Jr.; one (1) Sister; Michelle Floyd-Lee; Four (4) Brothers; Michael McGrew, Ronald Floyd (Earline), James Floyd (Marshay), Bryante Floyd; One (1) God-Brother; Michael Clark; Sister Friend; Laverne Dixon; Six (6) God Children; Ceaser, Cedric, Cyrus, Christopher, Carlos, Charlene (Ladybug) Dixon and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives and friends.
Stephanie is at rest, hold her close within your heart, mind and your spirit.
