Jerry James Tate the third, was born on July 23, 1991, in St. Louis, Missouri to Shirley Brown and Jerry Tate the 2nd as their first child. Jerry was a son, an uncle, and someone to always depend on. Jerry attended St. Louis Public Schools for most of his education. He continued his education at St. Louis Job Corps and studied to be a pharmacy technician. He always was good with hands and loved doing active and exciting new jobs. One of his jobs was working at a dog rescue shelter, and for a company named Triad. Although Jerry left no children behind, he played the role of the father and big brother to many. He was known as the old man that kept everyone grounded, which was a big role to fill because he was the oldest out of 7 children. Jerry left behind plenty of brothers and sisters; Christopher Tate, Angel Tate, Jerry Tate the 4th, Jerrica Tate, Michael Tate, and India Tate who loves him whole heartedly. He leaves behind his Mother, Shirley Brown and his Father, Jerry Tate II. He also leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and brother and sister in-laws. On October 10th, 2021, Jerry James Tate passed doing something thing that he loved. He got into a tragic motorcycle accident. He may not be here today but his spirt will forever live on with us.
