Sheila Marie Gross, 47, of Gerald, Missouri, formerly of Dayhoit, Kentucky passed away January 14th, 2022, at Mercy Hospital St. Louis, Missouri of complications from coronavirus. Cremation rites have been accorded, and a memorial service is to be held at a later date.
Born November 2, 1974, in Harlan County, Kentucky, Shelia was the daughter of John D. Gross of Dayhoit, Kentucky, Winifred (Heiser) Gross of Chicago, Illinois, and stepmother Susan (Tribble) Gross of Dayhoit, Kentucky.
Sheila is survived and dearly missed by her three children: son, Michael Anthony Aguirre, her two daughters, Victoria Ann Travis and Elissa Kay Accardi, her six grandchildren, Sophia, Madilynn, Raziel Aguirre, Creedence, Liyanna Travis, her six siblings, Terry Gross, John Gross, Wayne Gross, Elizabeth Ann (Gross)Thomas, Susan Darlene (Gross) Ledford, and Kayla Marie Russell, and four sisters-in-law, Tammy (Janes) Gross, Caroline (Holloman) Gross, Anna (Gailey) Gross, and Jill Gross, two brothers-in-law, Robert Thomas and Curtis Ledford Jr., and several nieces and nephews.
Sheila is preceded in death by her mother Winifred (Heiser) Gross, her granddaughter, Isabella Aguirre, and her grandparents, John and Cleo Gross.
She will be deeply missed by her friends, family, and all who knew her.
