Obituary of Danny McMurray Sr.

Danny McMurray was born on October 17, 1955 in Cleveland, Ohio to the union of William and Grace McMurray. He was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, Geraldine Milner, Frances Chaney Gibbons, and Cora Smith. Danny confessed a life in Christ at an early age during his childhood before moving to St. Louis, Missouri in 1965. He was educated in the St. Louis Public School System. Danny worked at the St. Louis Zoo, St. Louis Highway, St. Louis County for 20 years, and retired from St. Mary’s Hospital. Danny continued life in St. Louis. He was a humorous and joyous person; he always made you laugh every chance made possible, which was all the time. There was never a dull moment with him. On April 15, 2022, Danny joined all that have gone before him in Heaven. Danny leaves to cherish his memory his only son, Danny McMurray Jr.; three sisters Eula Doyle, Wilma Austin, and a host of nieces and nephews.
