On Friday, November 25, 2022, Charles "Chuck" Browning, loving husband and father, passed away at age 71.
Charles was born on October 19, 1951 in McLeansboro, IL to Charles Henry and Mildred (Bishop) Browning. He was a Marine Corps veteran and retired engineer for the Kansas City Southern Railroad.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Leroy. He is survived by his wife, Deborah (Skelton) of Collinsville, IL, his two children, son Ryan and daughter Angela, son-in-law Scott and his three grandchildren.
