Obituary of Dennie L. Tennis

Dennie LaRay Tennis 55 of Bolivar, Mo passed away at Barnes Jewish hospital cancer center in St. Louis, Mo at 9:25pm on January 7, 2023. Dennie was born on March 14,1967 to Larry Tennis of Ozark, Mo and Linda Townlian Smith of Beech Grove, Ar. Dennie Loved Trucking driving and working in Masonry with his Uncle Mark Townlian. He also loved old cars and Nascar. Dennie is predeceased in death by his grandparents Jesse (Jake) and Loretta Townlian and Paulie and Oneita Tennis and 2 uncles Terry and Freddie Townlian. He is survived by his wife Jill Tennis of Bolivar, Mo, his parents Linda (Townlian) Smith husband Kenneth Smith of Beech Grove, Ar, Larry Tennis wife Mae Tennis of Ozark, Mo, brother Tony Tennis wife Carrie Tennis of Clever, Mo, sisters Saundra Carcione of Beech Grove, Ar, N'kota Smith of Beech Grove, Ar, and Breeanna Smith of Radcliff, Ky. Dennie has 2 sons, Justin Smith wife Holly of Crane, Mo, Timothy Tennis wife Jyna of Bolivar, Mo, 3 daughters Angel Ewing husband Joshua of Carl Junction, Mo, Christina Anderson husband Derek, Felicia Motsinger husband Cody, both of Bolivar, Mo. Dennie had 11 grandchildren and 3 adopted. Several step sisters and brothers, several nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles and cousins and friends. No funeral arrangements at this time, however a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
