Obituary of Sandra Slack

Sandra Slack, also known as, “PONDEROSA” was born on October 30, 1953, to the union of Sylvia and George Slack in St. Louis, Missouri. Sandra was preceded in death by her mother and father, Sylvia and George Slack and her brother, Robert “Bernie” Slack. Sandra was educated in the Saint Louis Public School system. In the year of 1972, she graduated from Sumner High School. Afterwards, she attended Forest Park Community College. She loved people and never met a stranger. Ponderosa, was baptized at Faith Apostolic Church of the Living God earlier in her life. In her later years, she was a faithful member of LaSalle Baptist Church until her health began to decline. Sandra departed this life on Monday January 30, 2023, Evelyn’s House Hospice Care. She now rests with her Lord and Savior Jesus the Christ. She leaves to cherish her memory, loving daughter, Sylvia Slack; three sons, Dominic Slack, Matthew Slack, Robert Slack, and a host of grandchildren, nieces, cousins, and friends. Her special forever friends Dorothy, Sharon, and Cecelia.
