Obituary of Patricia Ann Hahs

Patti passed away at Barnes Jewish Hospital on Tuesday, March 7, 2023. She had a brief battle with lung cancer. She was born on March 23, 1956. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bob and Norma Turner, sister Linda and two nephews. She is survived by her son, Ron (Mendi) McMahan of Midlothian, TX, daughter Kim (Matt) Ryan of Collinsville, Il, grandchildren Jake McMahan (24) and Kirsten Ryan (25). She is also survived by her sisters Brenda Stuckey, Donna Burris, Sharon (Tom) Pikington and brother Bobby (Susie) Turner along with many nieces and nephews. She worked at St Luke’s United Methodist Church in Maryville, Il, as church secretary until her death. Patti loved three things in life: faith, family and friends. She loved the Lord and knew what the next chapter in her life was going to be and she took comfort in that. She loved her family more than anything and will be greatly missed. Finally, she loved her friends as much as family. Thank you to all who have loved her, have taken care of her and have been there for her when she was in need. The family will hold a memorial service at St Luke’s United Methodist Church in a couple months.
