Monty Laury Sr. was born October 7, 1956 in Saint Louis, Missouri to Ruth Laury and Lawrence Laury Sr., who proceeded him in death, along with his Sister, Debbie Jones; and Brother, Lawrence Laury Jr. as well. Monty graduated from Northwest High School in 1975. From High School he served in U.S. Army for 5 years with an honorable discharge.
Monty passed away unexpectedly on Thursday March 5, 2020 at the age of 63.
Monty leaves to cherish his loving memories his loving Wife, Valerie Laury; His Daughter; Tonja C. Hodge; His Sons, Monty Laury Jr. and Michael; One Brother, Victor Laury Sr.; Three Grandsons; Travion Carson Sr., Ke’Juan Jennings, Damarion Crayton; Two Granddaughters, Ar’mani Laury and A’mora Laury; Three Great-Grandchildren, Travion Carson Jr., Aubree, and Shawn; and a host of nieces, nephews. Cousins, and friends.
Monty Laury Sr. will be greatly missed and always remembered!!!
