Obituary of Joyce Marie Green

JOYCE MARIE GREEN, was born November 27,1996 to Lisa Green and Willie Johnson. Joyce was the only child born to this union. Joyce’s loving Grandmothers, Artinces Jewel Hawkins and Mamie Green; her Cousins, Sweetcakes and Maurie Freeman; and Father, Willie Johnson preceded her in death. Joyce accepted Christ at an early age, she visited churches and loved listening to Gospel music. Joyce attended Neuwoehner High School August 2012. While attending High School she attended Summer School Assessments, Camping Trips, Field Trips, and classroom leader throughout her years, later graduating May of 2015. Joyce was an abundance of Joy for everyone to who came in contact wit her. Joyce was like an angel in your presence. You couldn’t help but say “Hi Joyce” OR “Hi Babygirl”. I instantly fell in love after laying eyes on her after nine long months. Her smile lit up brighter then the chandelier in your living room. Someone is always asking, “How’s your daughter Lisa?” Joyce was loved by everyone. Joyce took upon my oldest sister name, her namesake, Joyce Sanders! On Tuesday May 19, 2020 Joyce, transitioned to hold hands with the angels above in Heaven, after her battle with upper respiratory issues and cerebral palsy condition. Joyce leaves to Cherish her memory, a loving mother; (Lisa Green) ; her loving Aunties; (Janine Green) and (Marsha Lindsey); and a host of special aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and Facebook Fans who she loved.
