Stefan was a special person. He could walk into any environment, be around any type of person, and be excepted as part of the whole. Just by being himself. He had a love and understanding for people, true humanity, that most of us take for granted every day. He never took love and respect for others for granted. Because of this, he created his own personal family everywhere he went. Always wanting to make others feel comfortable and important, hoping that the same would be returned to him. However, even when it wasn’t returned, he always held true and cherished his loved ones anyway. There will only be one Stefan Williams, aka Julio, in this world, and his light shines through all of us as we move forward in life. Stefan, always appearing to be a positive person due to his love for life and people, no matter the adversity and heartaches he went through in his life, is a lesson to all of us. Truly appreciate life, and family which is also our friends. Love hard, and stand true to your values to find happiness when there appears to be none. Life is hard but it is beautiful. See the beauty in everything and everyone.

Stefan was a great man who I am glad to have met. Stefan and I had some great talks and he always had a positive word to say. He knew how to make a person’s day better. I will remember him as a fun loving guy.

Stefan was one of the most genuine and loving children of God that I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. No matter what kind of turmoil or strife I was experiencing, Stefan had an uncanny ability to lift these troubles off of my shoulders and always reminded me that the Lord was in control and to give my worries over to Him. Very few people on this Earth had a light that shone as bright as his, and he never neglected to illuminate the lives of anyone blessed enough to cross his path. The only regret I have is that I didn't get to spend more time with him, and for as long I live I pray that I'll embody even a fraction of the Christian values this wonderful friend of mine exuded every day of his life. I miss you every day, Julio. One love.
