Obituary of Michele Norma McGaffic

"Michele Norma McGaffic, 64 years old, of St. Louis, Missouri passed away on Saturday July 4, 2020 in her family residence in Ladue. She was born on Thursday November 3, 1955 in St. Louis, Missouri to John and Colette Ely. Michele was a very loving and caring woman. She was an active member in her church, Annandale United Methodist, and constantly sought to bring God's light to those most in need. She did multiple mission trips, including Brazil, and volunteered to minister to incarcerated women. Throughout her life, she dedicated almost all of her time to other people. She was the woman who would stop to help people on the side of the road or give people a ride home. It was through her actions that such a strong moral foundation was instilled in her children. Michele had an infectious personality. She could strike up a conversation with just about anyone and if no one else was there, sometimes even with others around, she would talk to the pets. Michele was a mother, a step-mother, a sister, an aunt, and true friend to many people. She will be greatly missed and leaves a void on this Earth that will be extremely hard to fill. We know she is watching over us and dancing in the sky with her father and mother. Rest easy, Michele, knowing your work on Earth has left it a better place." .
