My Dearest Dad John Brooks....In life you were loved deeply and now that you're no longer here on Earth in the flesh, memories of you will live on forever in my heart. You were the BEST dad that any girl could ask for. You were my Hero Dad & you knew that! Growing up, your LONG talks groomed me into the woman that I am today. No man stood a chance with me, with you in my life, LOL! Uncle John was a very kind person who always stayed in touch with his family and friends. We loved when he would visit, especially on Thanksgiving. He loved Lavern's sweet potato pie. We will miss him, but never forget him. Robert Sr., Lavern, Robert Jr. , Zoe, Donna, Steve, Myles, and Arie.
